Refund policy

  1. The user shall be entitled to cancel a transaction for the purchase of a service on the website within 14 days from the date of the transaction or from the date of receipt of the disclosure document pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981 ("Consumer Protection Law"), whichever is later, provided that the cancellation is made no later than 2 non-rest days before the date of receipt of the service. If the user cancels the transaction, the company shall refund the user the amount paid for the transaction, and shall be entitled to deduct a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 ₪, whichever is lower.
  2. Notwithstanding the above, if the user is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant, as these terms are defined in the Consumer Protection Law, the user shall be entitled to cancel a transaction for the purchase of a service for any reason within four (4) months from the date of the transaction or from the date of receipt of the disclosure document pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law, whichever is later, provided that the engagement between the company and the user included a conversation, including a conversation via electronic communication, and that the cancellation is made no later than 2 non-rest days before the date of receipt of the service. In such a case, the company shall be entitled to require the user to present a certificate proving that they are a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant, as applicable, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
  3. Notice of cancellation of the transaction shall be delivered by the user to the company in one of the following ways: verbally at the company's place of business; by email at: support@inspectbot.online; or via a dedicated link for submitting cancellation notices that will appear on the website.
  4. In the cancellation notice, the user shall provide their full name and identity number, and if the notice was given verbally, an additional identifying detail if one was agreed upon at the time of the engagement.
  5. Any monetary refund shall be transferred solely to the credit card or payment method used to make the payment for the order, in accordance with the timelines set by the credit card company.
