If you do not agree to the terms of the privacy policy, you are not permitted to access and/or use the Website and/or the services offered on it. Please read the privacy policy carefully before using the Website and/or the services offered on it. This privacy policy is an integral part of our terms of use, which can be viewed here. The division of this privacy policy into sections and section headings is for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation purposes. The language used in this document is for convenience only and is intended for both women and men alike. Terms that have no meaning in this privacy policy shall be given the meaning ascribed to them in the Website's terms of use or in the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 ("the Privacy Protection Law").

What Information We Collect or May Collect

When you use the Website, we may collect and process one or more of the types of personal information listed below ("Personal Information"). You are not legally required to provide the Personal Information and its provision is made of your own free will and with your consent; however, without providing the information, the Company will not be able to offer you its services. You must also provide only accurate and complete data. Providing incorrect and/or partial details may, among other things, prevent you from using the Website and its services.

2.2 Personal information collected directly from you:

2.2.1 Registration and ordering services: Personal information will be collected from the details provided by you as part of the registration to the Website or to the services offered through it, including but not limited to, full name, date of birth, phone number, ID number, address, payment method, etc.

2.2.2 Information about the use of services: We will collect personal information about you that you provide to us as part of your use of the Website and/or the services offered through it and/or our engagement (actions you perform, instructions and messages you provide, including requests for technical assistance, providing feedback and responding to surveys, chat with customer service, and so forth), including information that may be provided by you as part of correspondence with us via email, by phone, or any other means of communication.

2.3 Personal information about third parties: Our services are based, among other things, on running queries about vehicles based on vehicle data and/or its owner's data that will be provided to us by you, including the number of the vehicle being inspected, a photograph of the vehicle's registration or a copy of the vehicle's registration, the ID of the vehicle's owner, and the mobile phone number of the vehicle's owner. You agree and undertake that the provision of information about third parties to the Company shall be done only after all legally required consents have been obtained from those third parties for the provision of the information for the Company's use in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy.

2.4 Statistical information: Some of the information collected about you as part of your use of the Website and/or your engagement with the Company does not personally identify you and is not stored together with your personal details. This is statistical and/or cumulative information. For example, the pages you viewed, the time you spent on the Website, the Internet address (IP) from which you accessed it, and more.

How We Use the Information

We will use the Personal Information for the following purposes: (a) To enable you to use the Website, the content included in it, and the services it offers; (b) To provide you with the services offered through the Website; (c) To make contact when we believe there is a need to do so for the purpose of providing the services or to comply with another provision of law, including for the purpose of providing technical support; (d) In order to comply with the requirements of any law, regulation, or other legislation, and in order to assist competent authorities and any third party, when we believe in good faith that we must do so; (e) For the purpose of managing internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, and statistical purposes, including in order to improve the services and/or the Website; (f) In the framework of legal proceedings in which the Company is involved and the personal information is required in connection with the above; (g) To conduct surveys in order to better understand your needs and how we can renew, innovate, and improve our products and services, in order to be able to send you promotional mail, newsletters and updates, new offers, regarding the Website and/or services and the like, in accordance with any law and where required — subject to obtaining your separate and individual consent to sending such correspondence.

Without derogating from the above, we will be entitled to make use of information that does not personally identify for various legitimate purposes, for example: for the purpose of improving the services and applications offered on the Website; adapting content, services, and advertisements displayed on the Website; statistical research regarding the manner of use of the Website and the services and content offered through it.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

4.1 In order to provide you with the services and/or to operate the Website, to preserve our legitimate interests, and in order to comply with the obligations applicable to us by law, we may in certain cases share the Personal Information with third parties. We will not transfer to third parties the Personal Information collected due to use of the Website and/or in the framework of providing the services, without your consent, except in the cases listed below:

(a) To the extent required for the proper supply of the services and content offered through the Website or by the Company, including the transfer of information to contractors, service providers, consultants, etc., including data storage companies and the like; (b) To the extent that the information transferred will not include details that will allow you to be personally identified; (c) If we are required to do so pursuant to a court order, demand of a competent authority, or by law; (d) If we receive notice of legal proceedings being taken against us due to actions performed by you, and in any dispute, claim, lawsuit, demand, or legal proceedings, if any, between you and the Company; (e) If the Company reorganizes its activities within the framework of another entity — including a merger with another entity — it shall be entitled to transfer to the other entity the Personal Information or any other information accumulated about you, provided that the other entity accepts upon itself toward you the provisions of this section; (f) If a claim is raised or suspicion arises at the Company that you have performed an act and/or omission that harms and/or may harm it and/or anyone on its behalf and/or any third parties; (g) If a claim is raised or a reasonable suspicion arises at the Company that you have used the Website for the purpose of committing an illegal act and/or to enable, facilitate, assist, and/or encourage the commission of such an act; (h) If a claim is raised or a reasonable suspicion arises at the Company that you have breached any of the terms of use and/or any agreement with the Company and/or anyone on its behalf. (i) At your explicit request.

You shall have no claim or demand against the Company and/or anyone on its behalf in connection with the provision of your details as stated.

4.2 Without derogating from the above, the Company may provide personal information about the user to third parties as part of various business collaborations, including business partners, suppliers, service providers, advertisers, and commercial entities operating in fields complementary to the automotive world, including vehicle inspections, financing, insurance, roadside services, vehicle sales and purchase services, road cameras, safety systems, tracking systems, accessories, and vehicle-related services.

The information transferred may include, as applicable and as needed, name, phone number, email address, vehicle number, vehicle type, vehicle details, and additional details provided by the user as part of the use of the Website or the Company's services, for the purpose of contacting the user, providing offers, tailoring services, handling an inquiry, completing a requested service, or offering complementary services that may be relevant to them.

The Company will transfer information as stated only subject to the user's consent, including consent given as part of the use of the Website, approval of the terms of use and privacy policy, filling out a form, checking a box, clicking a button, a user-initiated inquiry, a recorded conversation, or any other digital means indicating their consent. The user is not required to consent to the transfer of their details to business partners for the purpose of receiving offers as stated, and their refusal to do so will not prevent them from using the Company's services, unless the service by its nature requires the transfer of details to a third party for its performance.

A third party to whom personal information is transferred as stated shall be responsible for the use made of the information after receiving it, including compliance with the provisions of any law, including the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law and the Communications Law, to the extent they apply to it.

4.3 Third parties receiving personal information may be located in countries where the laws for the protection of personal information provide different and sometimes lesser protection of personal information than that practiced in Israel. We will transfer information to those third parties provided that they can provide adequate means of protection to ensure that the personal information is stored and handled securely.

Provision of Information About Third Parties

As part of providing the services, the Company shall be entitled to provide to third parties, database companies, and/or state authorities, data about the vehicle being inspected and/or the owner of the vehicle being inspected, which were provided to the Company by you as part of ordering the services from the Company. You agree and undertake that the provision of information about third parties to the Company shall be done only after all legally required consents have been obtained from the owner of the vehicle being inspected for the provision of the information for the Company's use in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy.

Cookies

5.1 The Website may make use of various software or data storage technologies, such as Web beacons, Pixels, Cookies (together: "Cookies") for its ongoing and proper operation, including for the purposes of verifying details, information security, ongoing operation of the services offered through the Website, characterizing statistical data about the manner of your use of the services and the actions you perform on the Website, segmentation and measurement of data, tailoring services, products, and advertisements and marketing content in accordance with the user's preferences and activity data, and the like.

5.2 Cookies are text files that your browser creates according to a command from the Website's computers. Some of the Cookies will expire when you close the browser and others are saved on the hard drive of the end device you use. The Cookies may contain various information such as the pages you visited, the length of time you spent on the Website, where you came from to the Website, information you wish to see when entering the Website, and more.

5.3 The Website may also make use of or be assisted by Cookies originating from third parties, including: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Outbrain, Taboola, Hotjar, all for the purpose of displaying advertisements regarding products or services based on your various activities across the Internet and other websites and services you have visited, improving the user experience on the Website, and more, all in accordance with the terms of use and privacy of those third parties.

Right to Review Information

Under the Privacy Protection Law, every person is entitled to review the information about them held in a database. A person who reviewed the information about them and found it to be incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, may contact the database owner with a request to correct the information or delete it. Along with the following details: name, phone, address, email address, and the information you wish to review or which you wish to correct or delete. If you wish to allow another person to review the information on your behalf, we ask that you also attach an explicit power of attorney for this matter. We will act to handle your request as soon as possible and in any case within the timeframes set by law. In addition, if the information in the database is used for the purpose of personally approaching you, you are entitled under the Privacy Protection Law to demand in writing that the information relating to you be deleted from the database.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Company reserves the right to add, change, reduce, and replace at any time the provisions of this privacy policy, all or part of them, at its discretion, and without obtaining the consent of users or notifying them in advance, except in the case of notifying users when making material changes. Material changes will take effect at the end of thirty (30) days from the notification thereof, unless the change stems from a legal or regulatory requirement, in which case the change will take effect pursuant to that requirement. The binding version of the privacy policy is the one that will appear from time to time on the website www.inspectbot.online. It is your responsibility to stay updated on any changes that have occurred, if any, in the privacy policy.
